OUR INVENTORY:

BUYING ART :
Many of the items you see on our site are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated. In particular, the paintings fall into this category. Everything on our site is for sale in our galleries, so occasionally an item you see on these pages was just purchased. We try to mark it sold and remove it from the site as soon as possible, but there will be inevitable duplications. If this happens, we will call you and tell you if we can get a similar item and what the time-frame will be. Thanks for understanding!

RETURNS:
Horse Cow wants all its customers to be happy with every purchase. If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please email us immediately at store@horsecow.com. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase email us within 7 days from delivery to receive an return authorization number for a full credit. There is no credit for shipping and handling charges and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the item was shipped to you via free UPS, $10 will be deducted to cover this shipping. Otherwise, the exact amount on your receipt will be deducted. Returns made after 7 days but within 30 days will receive credit for a future gallery purchase. There are no returns more than 30 days after purchase.
